Dear Frank,

Our Gates Metros Girls (08/09-GU12), would like to thank you for your work and training. It was a great and wonderful experience. Our team did learn a lot, and took the stretching drills to the field. This season we went from a last place team to an undefeated team, and took 1st place in 3 tournaments we entered and finished 4th place at a tournament in Syracuse (that we played up (GU13) age bracket). I would tell anyone looking for an honest and a dedicated trainer to use you. Also to let them know you use and bring your own equiptment. In short I would reccomend you to all ages for any level of players. We are the Gates GU12 Team.
