Middle School Training Program

This program is for any male or female athlete at the middle school level interested in learning more about strength training.  Coach, and Children’s Physical Fitness Specialist Frank Lupiani has over 30 years experience working with young athletes. Age appropriate training methods allow for each athlete to learn and train at their own pace. This is the perfect age to start “building a foundation to athletic success.”

Middle School TrainingIs your son or daughter serious about their sport(s)? Is your young athlete constantly in the driveway or the yard honing their skills in preparation for the upcoming season? Will they be participating in a school modified sports program this year? Answering yes to any of these questions is a clear indication that your child will soon be experiencing the other side of school sport participation. That is the strength & conditioning side; also referred to as weight training, or sports performance training.

AthleticFX provides the proper instruction that young athletes will benefit from.  Coach Lupiani safely and effectively guides your child through the age appropriate steps necessary for young athletes to gain the desired results while weight training. Along with providing an immediate understanding of proper handling of equipment and weight room conduct, your child will begin to notice changes that will quickly benefit them in their sport. However, more importantly is the fact that they are on the way to “building their foundation to athletic success.” A foundation that requires several years to develop and the earlier an athlete starts the more solid the foundation will be.

Put your child in an AthleticFX training program and have him or her learn from a licensed /certified specialist experienced with working with young athletes. Coach Lupiani has trained modified football teams, youth travel hockey teams, boys and girls travel soccer teams, and has worked with individual athletes of all skill levels and abilities.  He has trained thousands of athletes over the past several years; many of those athletes continue to use the skills he’s taught them, even beyond the high school and college playing days; making him especially proud of the “lifelong healthy fitness habits” athletes gain from AthleticFX programs.
